The aim is to figure out the extent of the driving moment using the kinetic-static method and to propose the most appropriate motor that will be able to power this mechanism. I have gained the input parameters by measuring the mentioned mechanism`s travel. Such mechanism can be found in a knitting machine EDIS 4.2C.

Within recherche are described some of the needle and thread mechanisms of the sewing machines. The important part was the determination of matter and geometrical parameters of the mechanism component parts and the substitute two physical points for component parts was made. Furthermore , the static balance calculation for mechanism balancing was made and its evaluation.

Part of it is also the kinematic and dynamic description of the system. The work carried out measurements of coefficient restitution and friction vane. Result of this work is to determine the theoretical efficiency of the air vane motor GD S 030-450 B X. The analysis is done in Pro-Engineer, in the superstructure MECHANISM.
- ItemDynamika jehly v jehelní drážce okrouhlého pletacího stroje(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2008) Slavíček, Petr; Mrázek, JiříThis Diploma Work deals with dynamics of knitting needle in needle bed of circular knitting machine. Various types of circular knitting machines are described in the first chapter. Description of MATLAB/SIMULINK program is also included. An equation of motion was derivated from strenght analysis of sinker loading. A MATLAB/SIMULINK model was assembled according to this equation. This model was used to detect seizing limit of sinker in needle bed of cylinder. A comparasion with experimentally found values was made in the end of this work.
- ItemExperimentální sledování zdvihu jehly na okrouhlém pletacím stroji(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006) Hejna, Martin; Mrázek, JiříDiploma thesis was dealing with experimental observation of mutual incidence between needle knee, or sinker butt and circular knitting machine lock. Its aim was to measure and confront these quantities with model. The thesis was formed from two principal fields. The first one is the theoretical part, in which was explained fundamental terms and relations between each other and practical part, which was catered to development of holders and annexation of sensors. Next practical part was dealing with measurement of normal forces and acceleration of knitting needle or sinker butt. Results shown, that measured and calculated values are close to each other. The biggest contribution of thesis, with respect to problem, you can consider approximation to explication and prediction of processes to which is happened when the link is created on circular knitting machine.
- ItemKonstrukce děliče vzorku pro sypké materiály(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Sláma, Jan; Mrázek, JiříThis thesis deals with the sampling process and separation of bulk materials, what and how it can affect the quality of the resulting sample which must be representative of the entire quantity of material. Mentioned are the different principles and functions of equipment used for the treatment, collection and subsequent separation of materials. Furthermore, the work deals with the description of the operations which precede the division itself, and how those operations affect the final sample. The pros and cons of various ways of obtaining samples are evaluated and these methods are compared on the basis of quality and precision dividing. It also includes the most convenient solution for which is described its functions and constructions made with the technical solutions in Pro/ENGINEER. The last part is evaluation of the effects of mass characteristics of the moving bodies to start a machine and how this may affect the start time of subdivision.

- ItemModelování pohybu platiny dvouválcového okrouhlého pletacího stroje.(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006) Kaňková, Kateřina; Mrázek, JiříThis Diploma Work deals with simulation of a sinker's movement in needle groove of a twin-cylinder small-diameter knitting machine. Different methods of needle positioning in a groove of needle cylinder are introduced in a Prologue. An equation of motion was compiled after strength analysis of sinker loading. A Matlab-Simulink Program model, which was assembled according to this equation of motion, defines a jamming limit of sinker in a groove of needle of cylinder. A comparison with experimentally found values is stated at the conclusion.

The first part includes basic theoretical fission of the detector. It describes functionality principles, characteristics and safety of the needle and yarn detector. The second part deals with own solving design, fabrication and try-on of the new type of needle detector. In the concrete two ways of detectors are solved, namely by the help of tongue of knittting needles monitoring.
