    The diploma thesis Inventory management with a view to minimize is considering material reserve operations within a specific company. The theoretical part is collecting existing knowledge of supply´s logistics, reserves and it´s operation. The practical part is focusing on initial situation within the company based on available literature. It describes a current system of reserve supplies management and suggests an innovation of reserves operation within the particular warehouse. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose a current system´s modification to a lower financial supplies linked to an average physical reserves supplies. The thesis´s way out is the ABC analyses of reserved supplies done in the warehouse.
