    This thesis engages in a new project and optimalization of the connecting rod for existing industry medium-speed stationary engine. At the beginning the theses deals with general construction and technologic solutions of these types of engines. Next, there is a new 3D simulation in system ProEngineer, which is controled by analytic-empirical and FEM calculations. It is optimized on the basic of these information. Finally, there is an evaluation with the original connecting rod. The complete drawing documentation of new parts have been createt.

    Uplatnění metod dolování dat pro strategické rozhodování

    This diploma thesis is focused on methods of mining data from ERP for strategic controlling. This issue is solved from company economics point of view as well, as from IT point of view. The diploma thesis deals with ERP systems and its implementation. Further, diploma thesis introduces controlling and its competency and organization structure and also controlling methods of variable costs and consolidation. In the end, there is described project, which was designed and implemented by author. The project is implementation of system dedicated to two branch offices, which is able to report revenues, variable margin and amounts of sales on the product ? customer level.
