- ItemLaboratory detection of flat glass shapes using its reflection(Technical University of Liberec, Department of Glass Producing Machines and Robotics, Studentská 2, Liberec 1, Czech Republic, 2017-02-15) Hotař, Vlastimil; Matúšek, Ondřej; Svoboda, JanGlass is reflective in large angles of incidence. The using this property for detections of shapes is the basic goal of the research. The detection of 2D shapes from flat glass is a relatively simply example that has been used at the beginning of the research. The detection is based on three steps: capturing of an object in a large angles of incidence, inclusion distortion and other optical defects of the scan and a reconstruction of the shape. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2017.
- ItemPokročilé techniky snímání lesklých a obtížně detekovatelných materiálůMatúšek, Ondřej; ; Novotný František, doc. Ing. CSc.
- ItemSummary of the properties and benefits of glass mechanically frosted with an abrasive brush(2019-05-10) Starý, Michal; Novotný, František; Horák, Marcel; Stará, Marie; Hotař, Vlastimil; Matúšek, OndřejModifications to the surface structure of float glass are among the most common application procedures of a given material used in many industries, especially in the building industry and housing architecture. The aim is to reduce the transparency of otherwise clear soda-lime glass. Typically, the chemical technology of acid-etching or the mechanical technology of sandblasting are used for this purpose. The application of both of these methods has its advantages, but it is also accompanied by a number of negative aspects, including environmental impacts. Due to the development of modern methods and materials, a new, advanced and above all ecological technology of mechanical glass frosting has been developed using an abrasive roller brush with composite filaments. The introductory chapters of this paper characterize the processes of glass surface treatment using this technology. Subsequent chapters provide an analytical summary of the results of extensive research of the mechanical, optical and practical properties of brush-matted glass. Knowledge of these properties determines the application potential of the given method and provides the initial data for predicting the behaviour of the selected frosted products. In the conclusion, the results are thoroughly evaluated and discussed in comparison with other existing products.
- ItemZařízení pro automatickou kontrolu adheze držáku(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2011) Matúšek, Ondřej; Novotný, FrantišekThis thesis presents an absolute adhesion inspection of a car rear-view mirror holder. This inspection has not been used in automotive-glass production yet. The objective was to construct a device which would be able to do that on-line in working process. With respect to technical and dispositional possibilities this purposed mechanism is placed into the production line. The selected version is processed in details in supplemented drawing documentation.
