    Rizika vzniku nozokomiálních nákaz při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s tracheostomií

    Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou nozokomiálních nákaz (NN) u pacientů s tracheostomií. NN mají negativní dopad na zdravotní péči, jsou příčinou prodlužování doby hospitalizace, zvýšených nákladů na léčbu a vyšší mortality. Je tedy žádoucí, aby všichni zdravotničtí pracovníci věděli, jak těmto nákazám předcházet. Záměrem této práce je zhodnotit míru znalostí všeobecných sester o problematice NN v souvislosti s poskytovanou ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s tracheostomií (TCHS).

    The aim of this thesis was to describe and ivestigate Vortex spun yarns and compare its sturcture and its features with open-end rotor spun yarn. The retrieval part was concerned with the principle of vortex spinning system and its comparison with another spinning systéme. The attention was also focused on some procedura characteristics of the spinning machina which affect the features of the Vortex yarn spun. The objektive of the experimetal part was to examene the properties of nine Vortex spun yarn bobbins of fineness: 16,5 tex, 20tex, 25tex, which were produced in respekt of the different setups of the spinning machina. The strength, tenacity and elogation, blending resistence and abrasion was measured and in the optical analysis the sturtural characteristecs of the spun yarn Vortex was defined. All the researched data were statistically executed, evaluated and consluded.
