    The thesis covers with ergonomics strain of chosen manual operation analysis at company Denso Manufacturing Czech which is situated in Liberec and is producer of air-conditioning units and its components for an automotive industry. The goal of the thesis is to do ergonomics analysis of manual operation, identify ergonomics stressors and propose ergonomics optimization. Analysis uses two different methodology EAWS and ErgoMOST?. Conclusion contains results of the analysis for original and optimized state and its comparison.

    Tato bakalářská práce popisuje proces manipulace materiálů a jejich obalů pomocí vysokozdvižných vozíků. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními logistickými pojmy, skladováním a transportními systémy. Praktická část vznikala na základě měření pohybu vozíků v prostorách vstřikovny, lakovny a montáže provozu interiér ve firmě Magna Exteriors & Interiors Bohemia s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza pohybů těchto vozíků pomocí časových a grafických studií práce. Dále jsou v práci navržena nápravná opatření a je nastíněna příprava pro automatizaci.

    This diploma wok concerns with failure mode effect and analysis. Subject those work is general process of production pressure die casting, which si in those work detailed semiquantification classification potential diversifications method FMEA (Failure Mode, Effect and Analysis) and method FMECA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticaly Analysis). Practical part describes individual analyses, detection criticaly places of the process and their incidence. Subsequently are there designed several steps leading to the reparation these criticaly places in the process.

Je pro něj navržen výrobní postup, potřebné vybavení a rozložení nově vzniklého pracoviště. Při zapracovávání je kladen důraz na požadavky štíhlé výroby. Na závěr je návrh ekonomicky vyhodnocen.

    This bachelor thesis focuses on ergonomic simulation of workplace, working stress analysis of the operator of the Multi-Tasking Turning Centers Mazak Integrex 100 IV and consequent workplace optimalisation. The solution with lower working stress, which enables to accomplish an activity in the most effortless way, is being looked for after evaluation of present status. The most suitable method evaluating the influence of work on a person, which will be applied in the simulation program Tecnomatix Process Simulate, is being chosen for simulation.

There is emphasis importance of managing information systems production during solving of fluency a flow of the production process and planning. Analysis of historical data from these systems provide a comprehensive opinion of the monitoring of production process and it makes possible diagnose of hidden defects which would be very hard to find.

    The aim of my thesis was to analysed the current state of evaluation manufacturing data of the company Škoda Auto with an emphasis on the welding operations data evaluation. The data was analysed on the basis of data received from the manufacturing information system SICALIS. The focus of this work was to implement the existing metodology of the work with the application TaktZeitAnalyza to the standardized environment of application APP (Analyzer of pruduction processes). This work also includes proposals for improvements of existing procedures.

    DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCT WHILE CONSIDERING MATERIAL FLOW IN A PRODUCT’S LIFE

    The goal of this article is to demonstrate the dependencies between product development and material flow. The first part provides a compressed introduction to the topic. From the perspective of development, so called DfX (Design for X) approaches and methods are discussed as well as their possible influence on the business process, especially on the material flow. The purpose of this part is to provide a comprehensive overview of research notes in the given technical fields. The next part contains main steps of individual life cycle phases of a specific product – thee various methods of construction. It is figuratively explained how the selected type of final construction affects individual elements of material flow from the perspective of manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and sustainability. In the conclusion part, the research and the developed implementation is evaluated. The conclusion also contains an outline of possible future development.

    he diploma work deals with evaluation of ergonomic operator?s load at the manual corebuilding of evaporators workplace in the company Behr Czech, s.r.o. The aim of this diploma work is to analyze the actual status and base on this research recommend a new improvement strategy via Tecnomatix Jack software. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on a theoretical introduction to workplace ergonomics. Following topic is dedicated to the description of workplace load evaluation methods with emphases to pro-active approach to the ergonomic principles. The analysis of the current workplace status in Behr Czech s.r.o. is described in second part of the diploma work. Improvement idea of process optimization is fully set up according to the hygienic norms valid for the Czech Republic. The comparison between current situation and my improvement solution has been described in more details in the conclusion of the diploma work.
