- ItemSomatické parametry a úroveň pohybové aktivity u dětí prepubescentního věku(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Malá, Lucie; Suchomel, AlešSummary: The principal aim of the thesis is determination of somatic characteristic and physical activity level of prepubescent age children. The selective file comprises 39 boys and 35 girls of age 10 till 11 years. The somatic measurements involve statures, body weight, BMI and subcutaneous fat determination by calliper. The physical activity level was determined by pedometer Yamax SW-700. The questionnaire examination focussed on children´s attendances on physical training determinants was performed at the same time. The results of the basic somatic measurements and comparison with national standards show in our selective files the major stature of 10 year girls, major 11 year boys body weight coming from non sportive classes and expressively lower body weight of the same age girls from sportive classes. Within the frame physical activity determination the 11 years files show the lower level on week-ends than on working days. The steps number found at boys was greater than the one at girls. The questionnaires prove more hours spent at TV and PC in comparison with the time devoted to movement activity. The results show unfavourable trend towards lower movement activity on odd time and great number of hours spent at TV and PC just in the children of prepubescent age.
