    This bachelor´s job was ordered following to the stamping shop´s request of Skoda Auto a.g.. In this job there is solved the point of deformation in stamping using the material supplied by steel works ArcelorMittal - plant Sollac. Based on the results of analysis of deformation there is judged a suitability of this material for stamping of the coach work type.

    This diploma work deals with innovation of construction of assembly preparation for assembly engine cowling into the weldment body, from standpoint of materiality, reduction, inovation of ergonomical conditions on this preparation, simplicity constructional solving and streamlining of the production process. Innovation are based on the requierement of production detachment in the firm Škoda Auto. All the time of drafts formation of innovated product we will start from modern methods of innovative engineering.
