- ItemPodnikatelský záměr pro expanzi podniku do zahraničí(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012) Mackovčinová, Jana; Potužáková, ZuzanaThe aim of this thesis is to analyze five different countries according to the given criteria, evaluation of their economic, political and demographic situation. Most importantly, these countries are compared according to the incentives, which they use to attract foreign investors. Based on the acquired information one country will be chosen as the most attractive for foreign investments. The thesis focuses on a description of various ways that allow investors to enter a certain market. Furthermore, it focuses on the business plan and its parts that should not be put aside. All collected information are taken into the consideration and are applied to a specific business case of a real existing company in the practical part of the thesis. Since the author had the opportunity and the possibility to collaborate with the Magna Seating Chomutov, s. r. o. company, the analysis in the practical part concerns this exact company and its expansion abroad. The author describes the company and analyzes five countries in order to pick the most suitable one for the Magna Seating Company.
- ItemVyužití dokumentárního akreditivu a bankovní záruky v mezinárodním obchodě(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Mackovčinová, Jana; Kučerová, LudmilaThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and to summarize terms of payment and guarantees which are used in international trade. This thesis is focused on terms of payment appointed in the contract and their importance for the business partners. The second chapter is about the Letter of Credit as the one of the most often used payment instruments in international trade. This part also contains the division of these instruments and characterization of advantages and disadvantages for businessmen. There are also described bank guarantees, their significance and terminology connected with them and talks about practical usage of the Letter of Credit in particular examples and compares the bank charges of three competitive banks. This chapter also symbolizes the progress of these instruments over the past 5 years. Because the author had an option to have an intership at Trade Finance department in ČSOB, a. s., she writes about ways of working with L/C which are used by this bank.
