    Hodnocení kvality a postavení zdravotnických zařízení na trhu zdravotní péče

    This diploma thesis is focused on health care institutions problems and their status on the health care market in the Czech Republic. The work involves a theoretical characteristic of the health care market and explains a system of the health care in the Czech Republic with the inclusion of the system of institutions providing health care. The work also deals with financing of health services and health insurance companies. It compares health institutions and companies. Last part of the work analasys the quality of the health care in General Hospital in Mladá Boleslav. The analasys uses a method of questionaires and the results are compared with data provided by non-profit- making organization Health Care Institute which, every year, globally evaluates health care institutions.

    Pedagogická komunikace a její specifika na středních odborných školách ekonomického zaměření

    The bachelor thesis is focused on pedagogical communication and its specifics at high schools of economics. The thesis provides a theoretical characterization of pedagogical communication, clarifying its function, specifics, rules and participants. The thesis also deals with verbal and non-verbal aspects of pedagogical communication. The practical part analyses pedagogical communication at high schools of economics. The research has been carried out with the help of questionnaires filled in by students. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to define the primary notions of pedagogical communication and, based on the questionnaires, to discover the methods of teachers' verbal communication in the education process and its impact on the students. The thesis finally compares the outcome of the research carried out at two high schools of economics.
