    Internetové podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu

    This thesis is focused on the analysis of very actual subject of e-business, particularly in the field of tourism. The work deals with the area of tourism in the theoretical base and then it is mainly oriented in the application of newly evolving electronic business in tourism. In the first part there are characterized the main principles of this area, the second chapter describes specifics of electronic business in general and the next focus on practical applications of e-business in tourism. In the final chapter there is discussed the comparison of activities of the Czech and Spanish travel agency in legislation and other specific activities in both countries. The economic situation of both companies is evaluated and there is included comparison of costs, revenues and results of operations. Finally, there are some recommendations for both travel agencies. It should improve and streamline their services and also expand their client bases.
