    This bachelor thesis is aimed at sphere of supplies and costs related to it. There are descriptions of individual kinds of costs, ways how the supplies are managed and kinds of costs, which are supplies associated with. Next part is about individual principles of materials flow with an example for each principle. Another chapter is about individual kinds of materials flows and ways how SKODA AUTO a.s. manages ordering of materials Final chapter analyzes the financial cost of storage and transport of material. A practical solution, shows kanban suppliers importing or storing and demonstrating financial savings.
