    Bachelor thesis describes health insurance in Slovakia. In the first part it describes different ways of financing world health care, trying to show possibilities for the health care economy in Slovakia. In the next part it shows main fails and risks in health economy in Slovakia before year 2002. It analyses main problems and shows possible solutions. It closely analyses way of financing Slovak health care. It shows options how to solve increasing dept in health economics and propose some models of financing. In the next part it describes the situation after the reform of heath care and insurance in Slovakia. It shortly describes new laws. At the end it summarize the reform in Slovakia showing its advantages and possible fails.
