Below the work is concerned with method of using games, framework educational program and safety factor during activities.The second part describes us the preparing, realization and evaluation of already realization concrete course for first grade of High school of Management and law.The main aim is set up, realize and evaluate teambuilding ´s program which is oriented on ropes courses and is suitable for people from 14-16 years old.
