The first part describes personal care based on the current scientific literature. It's mentioned an explanation in terms of the legislative act which sets a minimum level of compulsory care, and in terms of personal management which extends the duty of care to the contractual and voluntary one. A significant chapter deals with employee benefits with emphasis on their division, use and tax allowance. The aim of the second part is to analyse employee care and explain employee benefits system in a particular organization Provodínské písky a. s. Each chapter pays attention to the adherence of legal care, providing services to the organization's employee in terms of motivation, improving performance and reducing turnover, and focusing on trade unions activities. A survey made among employees determines their satisfaction with existing structure. It gives stimuli to speculate and reflect to the current state. It is the base of proposition to the optimal change in the existing system. Reasons for the choice of sick days and implementation of influenza vaccine are stated. In the end, economic evaluation and a list of advantages and disadvantages associated with the implementation of employee benefits are added.
