    Analýza vybraných personálních činností ve společnosti ATEKO a.s.

    The title of this work is the Analysis of the Selected Personnel Activities in the Company ATEKO a.s. The theoretical part concentrates on the complex care of employees in a company; it means working hours, looking after working environment, labour protection, personnel development, care of living environment, and fringe benefits. The practical part focuses on the company ATEKO a.s. It describes this company, its history, the aims of the enterprise, and especially its possibilities of the employees{\crq} care; finally it outlines its strategy in this matter. The analysis of this firm is concentrated on many spheres of the care for employees, on benefits, and a special attention is dedicated to the personnel development and education of the staff as well. The objective of this work is to create a summary of the possibilities of the employees{\crq} care, apply it to the situation in this company, provide an evaluation of the current situation (financial as well) in comparison with the theory, and propose some possible improvements.
