The mail goal is to present a few variants of problem solving (with support of methods of innovation engineering), using decision tables to single out the best from the customer?s requirements perspective and then prepare the technical documentation including cost .

    The aim of this work is to improve the situation of management of the production and stock holding in the company. The method which was used is concept some of the lean production techniques, mainly semifinished one item flow in the case study. The study contains the difference of continuous time of production and the volume of stored materials, the showing spares in the implementation of the concept.
