    Studie výroby obecných ploch na 5ti osém CNC rotačním centru

    The work deals with study of free form surfaces and their limitations for production on a 5-axis rotary CNC center and 3-axis milling machine. Further there are shown two types of shapes where one requires cutting in 5 axes. Big emphasis was layed on the resulting surface quality of both examples. There were tests made on programming and machining on the rotary CNCcenter Mazak Integrex 100-IV and 3-axis milling machine. Resulting are finished machined parts, instruction on technology and part programmes from CAM system.
