    This diploma thesis "Corporate social responsibility - Marius Pedersen Group" deals with corporate social responsibility of the company Marius Pedersen Group. In the theoretical part deals with theory of corporate social responsibility and its concept in the organizations. Corporate social responsibility is the voluntary behavior of the company which is responsible to the environment and society. In the practical part of this thesis is the situation of individual pillars in the company, and then focuses on the social sphere. Within this thesis there was made the questionnaire investigation between the employees of the company on the topic of the social pillar of corporate social responsibility. The target of diploma thesis is suggestion for improvement of the corporate social responsibility in the company.
