    Inovace zařízení pro lepení ventilátorů

    Diplomová práce řeší inovaci jednoúčelového zařízení určeného k lepení ventilátorů ve firmě Malina-Safety s.r.o.. Inovace je zaměřena na návrh nového pohonu otáčení stolu a zlepšení operace dávkování lepidla. Po identifikaci požadavků je vypracováno 5 variant možných řešení. Následně je vybrána jedna, která je detailně rozpracována včetně výkresové dokumentace a výběru jednotlivých komponent. Na konci jsou popsány přínosy inovace.

    This thesis deals with an issue of interruptible molding and core mixtures gassiness. Gassiness is an undesirable property of molding compounds and therefore should be appropriately prevented. The theoretical part describes the various components of perennial core mixtures, then characteristics of gassiness and methods of measurement. In the experimental part, there has been done a test measuring on a device for gassiness measuring, that is located at the Technical University of Liberec. The aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive overview of the creation and the measurement of gassiness of perennial core molds.
