    Rozbor příčin vzniku ekonomických krizí v malých a středních podnicích

    This thesis deals with the effects of the financial and economic crisis on SMEs. It describes the various factors causing the emergence of the crisis and the warning signals that management can use in managing and monitoring internal processes. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the specific characteristics and issues affecting small and medium-sized enterprises. It seeks to bring to light the methods and tools of crisis management, which aim to prevent or eliminate crisis situations. At the same time, it approaches the topic of rehabilitative measures that can be used in the event a crisis does arise. The practical part of this work is characterized by a discussion of the emergence, progression of and possible solutions to crises in an actual small business.
