I chose the topic based on my work in international company Decathlon Liberec. The main aim of the work itself is to characterize the current marketing communication of the company and propose new forms of communication. The operational objective is to describe the individual components of communication mix and to list their advantages and disadvantages. Next aim is to assess the suitability of proposals for new forms of communication, theoretically determine methods for detection of efficiency of advertising campaign and to submit possibilities for measurement of communications feedback during the communication by proposed forms. The conclusions of this study are based on consultation with director of the store in Liberec and internal company information of Decathlon.

The topic I chose based on its management practices, which I graduated in Prague Environment Commerce CZ. The aim of the work itself is to compare the theoretical knowledge drawn from literature with real procedures used in practice. The operational objective is to assess the suitability of these forms of entry to foreign markets, find out what specific surveys, the company engaged in such competitive advantages and which has to receive the key contract. The conclusions of this study is based on the SWOT analysis and internal company information. On the basis of these data are then proposed recommended actions to remedy deficiencies and achieve corporate objectives.
