    This graduation theses considers a construction of a new adjustable grid for cars. Firstly, the current kinds of grids are reviewed. They are followed by suggestions of construction of grids including their description. Next part of the theses focuses only on one particular engineering design, which includes also control calculations of selected parts. This design is then, by virtue of ProEngeneer Wildfire software, processed into a drawing documentation in the last part of the theses
