    This work describes present trends in the branch of irregular air personal and cargo transportation on the market of the Czech Republic. It shows basic aspects, services, the principle of the air taxi, advantages and disadvantages in comparison with air regular transportation. Next, it is focusing on law background and conditions of operation business air transportation. It shows used aircrafts in the Czech Republic, also necessary elements of infrastructure needful for safe air transport traffic. In the work is completed a list of companies running business on the market of the Czech Republic in the area of the air taxi and there is evaluated their offers on the predefined business flight.
