    This thesis deals with problems of social climate at primary school class. The quality of social climate affects noticeably the teacher's and pupil's life and effectiveness of educational impact on the class and the whole school as well. The theoretical part defines the terms like social group, class ans school social climate. It concerns their mutual impact, possibilities of influencing social climate by teacher. The research was aimed at determination, detailed analysis and comparison of social climate in three parallel classes of primary school.
