    Drogová problematika žáků 2. stupně základních škol

    The Bachelor thesis dealt with drug issues of students at 2nd grade in primary schools and was based on the current state, but partly also on history of research in this field. The thesis aim was to characterize the drug problems in general and consequently to determine how big the drug problem for selected students at 2nd grade of primary schools in Hradek nad Nisou is. The work consisted of the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part dealt with the basic terms of drug issue; it described the different types of drugs, their effects and consequences of their use; the part was also interested in addiction, its treatment and prevention. The practical part investigated the prevalence of drug use at primary schools by questionnaires; it charted pupils? personal experiences with drugs; in addition, the part found out, where pupils came across to these experiences the most often, and also the part did not omit the overall awareness and interest in information on the field of drugs for these pupils. The questionnaire was filled in by 91 respondents. The results showed that students become the most often users of alcohol, cigarettes and cannabis. They also have the largest experiences with these drugs. The proposed measures which resulted from the practical part were mainly focused on activities within schools and organizations focused on children?s leisure time. As the largest contribution of the thesis it could be considered finding out that the awareness of students at the second grade primary schools is not good enough and it is needed to continue to intensively deal with this field.
