- ItemMěření teplotního koeficientu elastické konstanty s11E pro piezoelektrickou keramiku(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006) Franclíková, Mirka; Erhart, JiříTemperature coefficient of elastic stiffness s11E for piezoelectric ceramics is the main aim of this bachelor thesis. The work is focused on fundamental properties of ferroelectric (piezoelectric) ceramics and their poling at first. Further the description of parameters of ceramic resonators and their equivalent electrical circuit are described. Temperature dependences of the resonance and antiresonance frequencies are measured. The graphs were depicted from measured values. The temperature coefficients of resonance and antiresonance frequencies, elastic stiffness s11E, electromechanical coupling coefficient k31, for different types of piezoelectric ceramics were gained from the graphs. Calculation of the temperature coefficient for elastic stiffness s11E is based on the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. Finally, results of our measurements for different ceramics types are compared, including values supplied from manufacturer.
