    The theme of this thesis is client satisfaction at the Beruška pre-school. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of customer satisfaction of the pre-school and determining the factors influencing customer satisfaction with the school using conducted marketing research. The theoretical section defines the customer, customer satisfaction and the measurement of that satisfaction, it describes the creation of questionnaires that measure customer satisfaction and also deals with the characteristics of the pre-school. The practical part includes a SWOT analysis, which was based on two months' work experience in the pre-school. The author focuses on collecting and processing data gathered through an author created questionnaire. Subsequently, recommendations are made and measures to improve or maintain existing customer satisfaction are suggested, based on the information obtained from questionnaires.
