- ItemMarketingová analýza horolezeckého centra Šutr v Liberci(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2011) Dlouhá, Kateřina; Dědková, JaroslavaThe main aim of this bachelor thesis is to process the marketing analysis of climbing center Šutr in Liberec. The theoretical part explains concept of marketing analysis and description of its components. This is analysis of customers, competition and SWOT analysis. Another part is a common familiarization with climbing walls and centers. Than there is briefly introduced climbing center Šutr. Within the practical marketing analysis is described marketing mix of climbing center Šutr, emphasis is put on marketing communication. Based on the survey is analysis of customers, including market segmentation, analysis of competition which includes a comparison of services offered and prizes and SWOT analysis. In the final section recommendations for climbing center Šutr are formulated based on the analysis performed.
