ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library ) provides a framework of Best Praktice guidance for IT Service Management and since its creation, ITIL has grown to become the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. Next part follows with metrics determination of selected business processes and explanation of metrics usage in IT Service Management. Within the frame of Service Desk the goal is to analyze market situation and choose a proper SW solution. Next task is to design tool for evaluation of suggested metrics. In the end to analyze and interpret results of {\clqq}best praktice`` implementation. Based on found results, according to built-up process performance frames, design possible improvements for perfection of business processes and evolve and generalize pieces of knowledge emerged during ITIL deployment (real metrics usage).
