    Analýza bloků válců z hliníkových slitin se zalitými vložkami

    This thesis focuses on embedding of iron liners into the aluminium-alloy cylinder blocks. Theoretical part includes cylinder blocks and iron liners production overview, diffusion process and heat transmission through a transient layer description. Experimental part contains description, pictures and evaluation of retrieved cylinder blocks samples, their chemical analysis and mechanical characteristics evaluation. Performed non-destructive testings (x-ray and ultrasonic detection) are also described.

    The thesis deals with the inovation of the equipment/tool used for instalation of the front seats into the car body in order to facilitate handling of hte front seat.The reason is to faclitate work,while meeting the ergonomic standards and thus prevent occupation diseases.
