- ItemTransparentnost výběrových řízení na veřejné zakázky v České republice(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012) Borovičková, Klára; Šimanová, JanaThesis with the title "Transparency of selection procedures for public contracts in the Czech Republic" is aimed at the definition of the most common errors on procurement, their classification according to the origin of the inner (error on the part of the contracting authority) and external (inadequate or poorly chosen legislation), recommendations for the contracting authority and an assessment of the impact of these failures on transparency. At the conclusion of the work is confirmed as the assumption that: lack of transparency causes are in most cases, errors in the procedure, the contracting authority. As in the case that the contracting authority to want proceed properly and transparently, in Czech legislation are sufficient instruments. However, no legislation can be guaranteed to all areas of the process of entering and decisive role always was, is and will be the contracting entity. The main benefit of work is a system approach to the issue of misconduct by the contracting entities procurement, the confrontation of these errors with the valid legislation and their impact on the transparency of the selection procedure.

The empirical part is devoted to a research on elementary schools and high schools by the form of a questionnaire for pedagogues, its analysis and evaluation.
