- ItemHodnocení pevnosti lepeného spoje(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006) Blecha, Jan; Kroisová, DoraThis bachelor work deals with strength evaluation of a bonded joint and its effects affecting this strength, mainly by effect of surface adjustment of bonded areas. The tested samples made of unalloyed steel 11 373 were glued together by epoxy resin ChS Epoxy 371 and curing agent P11 in the ratio of 100 : 6,5. The strength of bonded joint was determined by tensile test on device unit FP 100-Lab Test II. The basic characteristics of a bonded joint and glues are summarises in the theoretical part. Samples, characteristics of epoxy resin and curing agent, measuring methods and calculations necessary for determination of a threshold of strength of a bonded point are described in the experimental part. The measured and calculated rates were processed into figures and diagrams.

- ItemStruktura a mechanické vlastnosti slitin aluminidů železa s přísadami zirkonia, uhlíku a yttria při vysokých teplotách(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010) Blecha, Jan; Hanus, PavelDiploma thesis deals with high-temperature behavior of iron aluminides alloys with additives of zirconium, carbon and yttrium. Fe3Al alloys have very good resistance to oxidation and sulphidation. This work deals with the improvement of their low high-temperature strength and creep resistance by alloying and heat treatment. The alloys which are compared in this work, they were prepared by vacuum melting, hot-rolling and heat treatment. The influence of heat treatment was investigated on a change in structure and hardness. The yield strength was investigated by test in tension and compression at temperatures of 600-800 °C. The creep resistance was determined by creep tests at temperatures of 600-700 °C and stress range of 80-200 MPa. It was time to rupture, time to 1% deformation and minimum creep rate.
