    Dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost u absolventů vedených v evidenci Úřadu práce v Liberci

    This bachelor work deals with long-term unemployment of graduates that have been registered as jobless at the Labour Office in Liberec. It concerns practical knowledge about the activities and possibilities of the Labour Office. The work is focused on the mapping of different possibilities that are being offered by the Labour Office to the long-term unemployed graduates to get them back to work. The work is composed by two fundamental areas. One is theoretical and describes the conception of unemployment, the mission of a labour office, how can unemployment influence the families of unemloyed people, further on the passiv employment policy, tools to the active employment policy, among others also sheltered workshops and sheltered workplaces. This theoretical part is based on my study of professional literature. The second practical part of my work is devoted mainly to analysis of statistic data showing the unemployment rate in the year 2004 and 2005. It is judged from the standpoint of sex, education, placement of graduates on the labour market, persisting in evidence longer than 6 months and graduates´joining individual action plans. As a main contribution of this work I consider the outcomes showing the unefficiency of the individual action plans and the necessity to ensure as an obligation for the unemployed people their passing the projects made by labour offices.
