The aim is to determine the factors influencing the customer satisfaction of this company by means of marketing research and their following analysis. The theoretical part describes the basic facts about Znovín Znojmo, a.s., its history, activity, business and vision as well as offered services for customers and the SWOT company analysis. Furthermore, there are defined concepts as a customer, customer satisfaction, measurement methods of customer satisfaction and the process of questionnaire creation in this part. The practical part deals with processing the data acquired from the questionnaire research with company customers. Lastly, the results are evaluated and the recommendations are proposed for increase or maintaining the existing customer satisfaction.
