    The theme of the diploma thesis is the description of comprehensive social services, which are provided in the town of Česká Lípa. The social services are defined in the reference to the low of social services in the introduction of this diploma thesis. This thesis further deals with the community planning applied in the town of Česká Lípa. Next part of the thesis covers individual providers of social services in the region of the town, divided into institutions establishing by the town of Česká Lípa and the remaining providers are assembled in another group. The practice part of the thesis deals with the efficiency of provided social services in the praxis and their funding. Important component of the thesis is the enquiry intended for the providers of social services. The absent social services are defined in the end of the thesis and the proposals for improve are also noted. The goal of this diploma thesis is the complex description of social services in the defined locality so it could serve as a complex document for public.
