    Healthy school emphasizing the problematics of child´s personal hygiene Summary: This Diploma Thesis deals with problematics of elementary school children's nutrition. At first it focused on introduction of the topic in a broader context(health and lifestyle). It analysed components of nutrition and highlighted poor nutritional and dietary guidelines for the population of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part followed the practical and enhanced it with the practical advices and principles of children's nutrition. Essential research was conducted by questionnaire method. Main target was to map the preferences and nutrition habits of elementary school children, their level of awareness on healthy nutrition and possibly cover the differences between respondents from large cities and small towns.
