At first is defined customer behaviour. Attention is devoted to the market segmentation according to different characteristics. The main part describes way of organic agriculture and organic products, their labelling and control authorities which provides monitoring of organic agriculture. There are described the basic rules of plant growing and animal breeding. There is brief mention about Fair Trade. Practical part of Thesis is focused on marketing research and then realization of marketing research in the area of organic product. It was explored people?s opinion on organic products, their shopping habits and foreknowledge in the area of organic products. The final part is focused on proposal of marketing strategies and recommendation for producers of organic food.
