    Agenturní zaměstnávání v České Republice.

    This diploma thesis deals with the agency employment in the Czech Republic, which is dynamically developing system of employing especially in the area of labour profession in both, economic growth and economic recession. The goal of this thesis is to outline the issue of the agency employment with regard to the theory of human resource management and development of legislation in this particular area. Analysis of benefits and risks in case of employing agency employees from the view of users, employees and employment agencies is part of this thesis. The author of this thesis calculates future increased costs of employment agencies in link to changed particular legislation. An example of agency employment arising from numeric information provided by a user of agency employment services concerning the development of the number of users own staff and agency employees including the comments describing possible changing is stated in this thesis.
