- ItemOdměňování jako hlavní stimulační prostředek řízení(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010-01-01) Štekr, Jaroslav; Kubias, SávaThe objective of this Diploma Thesis is to analyse the system of employee appraisal being used in DIAMO, s. p. o.z TÚU Stráž pod Ralskem. In the first part, there is an introduction of DIAMO, s. p. o.z TÚU Stráž pod Ralskem. Apart of basic information such as progression of number of employees, or progression of uranium mining, also history, contemporaneousness and the future are described. Description of the currently used appraisal system is stated later in this part. In the theoretical part, different appraisal systems are characterized, including their constraint factors, pros and cons. Main target and goal of this Thesis is to create a concept of an effective appraisal system based on the theoretical knowledge and analyse its financial impact on a company. Appraisal system appears to be a very important topic, specially considering the effort to stimulate work performance of employee and their satisfaction with their work. Therefore, attention should be payed to this topic.
