    Optimalizace trasy závodu - aplikace simulovaného žíhání

    Práce řeší aplikaci algoritmu simulovaného žíhání pro nalezení optimální kružnice v úplném grafu. Motivací pro úlohu je optimalizace trasy závodu Jizerský Qaker. Úkolem závodníků je v omezeném čase 22 hodin zdolat co nejvíce vylosovaných skal. Tyto skály jsou obodovány dle oblasti, ve které se nachází. Vyhrává dvojice, která v tomto časovém úseku jako první nasbírá co nejvíce bodů. Matematicky tato úloha vede k nalezení optimální kružnice v úplném grafu. Optimální v našem případě znamená, že nepřekročí daný čas a má maximální hodnocení.

    The offense of credit fraud is included in the internal breakdown of crime in the Police of the Czech Republic in economic crimes. Generally speaking, it is a crime threatening the interests of operators in the area of economic and property. According to some authors, economic crime caused understood, socially dangerous negotiations described in specific parts of the Criminal Code, injurious or prejudicial to the economic policy, economic system and the legal relations, their functioning, rights and legitimate interests of entities such relationships. Economic crime after 1989 began considering the change in economic conditions, the emergence of entrepreneurship, the emergence of many banks, "the opening to the world" and established general market conditions, to acquire its significance. Criminal law legislation would not have to include a legally qualified, all that with the aforementioned facts related. Since there was in 1997 amend the Criminal Code. This amendment was to criminal law, among other offenses, a crime of credit fraud, qualified in the provision of Section 250 B of criminal law. The effectiveness of this amendment was to 1.1.1998. Since then the number of credit fraud to rise steeply and the offense became dominating the offense in the statistics of crime in the Czech Republic.
