    Pevnostní analýza povrchové náhrady kyčelního kloubu.

    This annotation is engaged in determination of tensity magnitudes at surface implants of hip joint metal to metal by means of final component method. Calculation models restrict to thighbone composed of 2 layers, single-layer pelvisbone and couple of surgical implants. FEM models of each single variant were burdened with critical forces elicited from dynamic analysis of human walking in accordant positions of turned thighbone against pelvisbone. Main target of this annotation is to determine size and process of contact pressure at the surface of each single replacement, which is the main reason of contact area abrasion. Alternate target of this annotation is to analyse deformation of the implats and to judge influence of these defomations to possible remodelation of bone tissue in given area.
