    Veřejná podpora výzkumu, vývoje a inovací v ČR

    The diploma thesis deals with investigating the public support of research, development and innovations in Czech Republic. The public support is characterised as direct and indirect, institutional and purpose. The work is based on the legislative frame and National Policy of Research, Development and Innovations and solves the transfer of Czech economy from the efficiency to high-tech one. The work also includes a reform in this area and activities of Czech Science Foundation, the Technological Agency of Czech Republic, and the Academy of Sciences of Czech Republic as independent sections of the state budget for R&D. The work emphases the necessities for knowledge transfer into the commercial sphere but also the view of cooperation with science institutions, universities and companies.The practical part of the work deals with the particular example of such cooperation. This example describes barriers of the economics and administration, including the audit of the provider and barriers during period of solution. The system evaluation, its clarity and transparency, public support availability of research and development for individual subject and its meaning appears in the conclusion of this work.
