Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce bylo změřit metodou laserové interferometrie piezoelektrické koeficienty d33 a d31 krystalů Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) při vyšších teplotách, zvláště blízko teplot fázových přechodů. Za tímto účelem byla sestavena teplotní komůrka. Pro měření byly k dispozici 4 vzorky krystalu PMN-PT, se dvěmi orientacemi. V závěru byl diskutován podíl vlastních a nevlastních příspěvků k naměřeným piezoelektrickým koeficientům krystalů.
The aim of diploma work is to propose and build a temperature chamber for measuring properties of material products at higher temperatures. The work also includes a research of temperature dependencies of piezoelectric coefficients for Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) crystals. As far as the measuring method is concerned, the laser interferometry method is used. The measuring of piezoelectric coefficients d33 a d31 for PMN-PT crystals was carried out on the possibly largest temperature range, especially for temperatures of phase transitions. The four samples of PMN-PT crystal were at disposal for the measuring. The proportion of intrinsic and extrinsic contribution to the recorded piezoelectric coefficients of crystals was also taken in consideration.
