Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala a pojednávala o pachatelích trestného činu loupeže. Cílem byla analýza věkových skupin pachatelů objasněných loupeží v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou v období od roku 2003 do roku 2007. Dále pak přímá souvislost s velkou migrací cizinců v dané lokalitě. Práce byla tvořena ze dvou částí. První teoretická část zpracovala a popisovala samotný trestný čin loupeže, jeho charakteristiku, odlišnosti od jiných trestných činů a způsoby provedení. Byl zde vysvětlen samotný pojem násilí a agrese, dále ovlivňující faktory agresivity a jednání s tímto související, aby čtenář mohl lépe pochopit souvislost těchto projevů s trestným činem loupeže. Rovněž popisuje vývoj jedince, výskyt a příčiny kriminálního chování, osobnost pachatele a jeho typologii. Druhá praktická část byla zaměřena na provedení analýzy dat získaných z trestních spisů vedených policií v Jablonci nad Nisou. Z celkového vzorku zjištěných pachatelů objasněných loupeží, výsledky ukazovaly a vyúsťovaly k navrhovaným opatřením v oblasti vzdělávání a rekvalifikace, prevence kriminality a vydávání zbrojních průkazů. Největším přínosem práce bylo získání poznatků o pachatelích trestného činu loupeže v dané lokalitě, které je možno využít k dalšímu řešení dané problematiky.
This study deals with perpetrators of solved robberies. It is aimed to give an analysis of the age groups of perpetrators of solved robberies in the Jablonec nad Nisou region in the years 2003-2007 period. Its further purpose is to prove whether there are some direct connections with the big migration of foreigners in the given area. The study involves two parts. The first theoretic part introduces and describes the criminal act of robbery itself, its characteristics and differences from other criminal acts as well as the methods of its commiting. The same part explains the conception of the violence and aggression crimes, furthermore the factors contributing to aggressiveness and its effecting the behaviour to let the leader understand better the correspondance of such manifestation with the criminal act of robbery. It describes evolution of an individual as well, occurrence and reasons for the criminal behaviour of the perpetrator and his/her typology. The second - practical part is aimed at analysing the acquired facts from research studies which were maintained by the police in Jablonec nad Nisou. After having compared all the specimen of ascertained perpetrators, the results show and lead to proposing special measures in the sphere of education and reeducation, prevention of criminality and limiting posibility to get the gun licence. Therefore the biggest contribution of this study is procuring data of the perpetrators in the given area and using them for further searching how to solve the investigated problems.
