Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou práce odsouzených a jejich zaměstnáváním se zaměřením na jejich reintegraci do společnosti. Práce a zaměstnávání odsouzených zde bylo prezentováno v souladu s platnou tuzemskou i zahraniční legislativou, smlouvami, ke kterým se Česká republika zavázala. Práce odsouzených zde byla pojímána jako významný výchovný prvek, prvek reintegrace a resocializace, samostatně pak také i v rámci programu zacházení. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat,, trh práce,`` tj. nabídku pracovních příležitostí a poptávku odsouzených po pracovním zařazení ve Věznici Stráž pod Ralskem.V rámci zaměstnávání odsouzených pak byla zjišťována motivace, zda odsouzení souhlasí se svým pracovním zařazením, co jim práce přináší a zda jim přidělená práce vyhovuje, nebo zda by ji chtěli změnit a přizpůsobit svým potřebám ve vztahu k začlenění do společnosti po propuštění. Práci tvoří dvě části. První část teoretická, opírající se o odbornou literaturu, byla věnována historickému a sociologickému pohledu člověka na práci, výchovu a práci v kontextu Evropských vězeňských pravidel, vývoji vězeňských systémů, procesu nápravy, resocializací a reintegrací odsouzeného a v neposlední řadě zde bylo popsáno zaměstnávání a odměňování odsouzených v rámci výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v souladu s platnou legislativou. Praktická část byla věnována především průzkumu mezi odsouzenými pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, v kterém byly zjišťovány názory a postoje odsouzených k výše zmíněné problematice ve Věznici Stráž pod Ralskem. Při provádění průzkumu zde bylo zjištěno, že kromě šesti odsouzených byli všichni obeznámeni s možnostmi zaměstnání v rámci výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, avšak nabídka nebyla z pohledu odsouzených dostatečná. Za zajímavý výsledek vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že v rámci výkonu trestu byli odsouzení bez dvou dotázaných respondentů ochotni pracovat, a jen sedm dotázaných nemělo před nástupem do výkonu trestu zaměstnání.
The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the work of convicts and their employment with focus on their re-integration into the society. The work and employment of convicts is presented in accordance with the valid domestic and foreign legislation and agreements with participation of the Czech Republic. The work of convicts is understood as an important educational aspect, an aspect of re-integration and re-socialization, also independently within the treatment programme. The goal of this thesis was to map the ``labor market{\crqq}, i.e. the offer of work opportunities and the work demands from convicts at the Prison in Stráž pod Ralskem. With respect to the employment of convicts, their motivation was also determined, as well as their consent with work assignment, benefits of work, and whether their work suits them or they would like to change it and adapt it to their needs in relation with the integration into the society after the release. The thesis consists of two parts. The first theoretical part, based on expert literature, is devoted to man´s historical and sociological view of work and education within the context of the European Prison Rules, the development of prison systems, the process of atonement, re-socialization and re-integration of convicts. It also describes the employment and remuneration of convicts during their imprisonment in accordance with the valid legislation. The practical part is primarily devoted to the research among convicts by means of a non-standardized questionnaire to find their views and attitudes to the said problems at the Prison in Stráž pod Ralskem. The research confirmed that all convicts except six were acquainted with the work opportunities during their imprisonment but the offer is not satisfactory from their point of view. One interesting result in connection with these problems is represented by the finding that all convicts except two are willing to work during their imprisonment and only seven of them were not employed before their imprisonment.
