Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou bezdomovců v souvislosti s fenoménem žebrání v Praze. Jejím cílem byla detekce a následná analýza příčin žebrání bezdomovců, vymezení základní terminologie, zjištění důvodů žebrání a bezdomovectví, typologie žebrání a bezdomovectví, vymezení právní úpravy jevu žebrání v Praze. Tento cíl byl naplněn v plném rozsahu. Práci tvořily dvě oblasti - teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část popisovala základní terminologii spojenou s problematikou bezdomovectví a žebrání, historický pohled na bezdomovectví a žebrání, uvedení obecných příčin bezdomovectví a žebrání, právní úpravu této problematiky a případnou pomoc těmto osobám v Praze. Praktická část zjišťovala mezi 50 respondenty pomocí dotazníku příčiny jejich bezdomovectví, důvody žebrání a typologii žebrání a bezdomovectví u těchto respondentů. Výsledky ukazovaly na vztahové příčiny bezdomovectví s ekonomickými důvody žebrání a vyúsťovaly v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti včasné sociální intervence a informovanosti o možné pomoci ze strany organizací. Za největší přínos práce bylo možné považovat zjištění, že stěžejní příčina bezdomovectví je v oblasti vztahové a nikoli pouze v oblasti ekonomické.
This Bachelors Thesis deals with the Problems of Homeless in connection with the beggary in Prague. The aim was to find out and analyse the cause of beggaring of homeless, to define the basic terminology, to make out reasons for beggary, homelessness, typology of beggary and homelessness and legislation of beggary in Prague. The aim was fulfilled in the whole scope. The Thesis consists of two main sections - theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes the basic terminology connected with the homelessness problems and beggary, the historical view on it, the common causes of homelessness and beggary, legislation on this problem and the eventual assistance to these persons in Prague. Practical part identifies among 50 responders per questionnaire the reasons of their homelessness, beggary and typology of beggary and homelessness. The results pointed to the relationship´s reasons of homelessness with the economical reasons of beggary. These facts led to the concrete proposed steps in the field of the early social intervention and awareness about the possible assistance offering from the state and non state organisations. The findings that the fundamental reason of the homelessness and resulting beggary consist mainly in the relationship sphere and not only in the economical could be considered as the biggest benefit of this Thesis regarding the problems in question.
