Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy mezi trenéry a dětmi v oddíle Sport aerobic Liberec. Cílem této práce je zjistit názory trenérů na možnosti výchovného působení u dětí ve vybraném oddíle aerobiku. Teoretická část nejprve vysvětluje pojmy, které souvisí s danou problematikou, jako je vývoj jedince v období mladšího školního věku, volný čas, aerobik a trenér. Pro následující část bakalářské práce byly potřebné informace získány prostřednictvím anketního šetření včetně jeho vyhodnocení v podobě grafů. V závěru práce nalezneme shrnutí a vyhodnocení všech výsledků. Výsledky této práce jsou určené především oddílu Sport aerobic Liberec, které umožňují získat přehled o výchovném působení trenérů na děti.
The bachelor thesis deals with relations between trainers and children in the section Sport aerobic Liberec. The aim of this work is to find out the opinions of the trainers on the possibilities of educational activities for children in the selected section of aerobics. The theoretical part explains concepts related to the subject, such as younger school age development, freetime, aerobics and coach. For the next part of the bachelor thesis, the necessary information was obtained through an inquiry, including its evaluation in the form of graphs. At the end of the bachelor thesis are summarize and evaluate all the results. The results of this work are intended mainly for the Sport aerobic Liberec section, which allows to get an overview of the educational activities of the trainers for children.
