Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Role odměny a trestu ve výchově se zabývá principy používání těchto výchovných prostředků v rodině. Odměny i tresty jsou však udělovány v kontextu výchovy, proto je první část práce věnována výchovnému procesu a vlivům jeho činitelů. Konkrétně jde o vychovatele, vychovávaného jedince a sociální a biologické determinanty. Následující část práce se zaměřuje na odměny a tresty, jejich definování, funkce, formy a zásady pro jejich použití. Poslední součást práce tvoří porovnání efektivity těchto výchovných prostředků, upozornění na jejich rizika a uvedení možných alternativ. Text je doplňován příklady z odborné literatury.
This final paper with the title The role of reward and punishment in education examines principles of using these two educational means in the family. Rewards and punishments are used in the context of an educational process. This is the reason why the first part of the thesis describes an educational process and its factors. To be more concrete, it describes the role of an educator, of a person being educated and social and biological determinants. The following part examines rewards and punishments, their definitions, functions, forms and principles of their use. The last part focuses on a comparison of effectiveness of these educational means, on pointing out the risks they bring and on presenting possible alternatives. The text is supplemented by examples from specialised literature.
