Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit a popsat míru identifikace žáků 5. ročníku základní školy s třídní učitelkou a analyzovat míru závislosti a autonomie žáků ve vztahu k třídní učitelce. Výzkumné šetření má podobu nahrávaných polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly provedeny na třech základních školách se třemi různými pátými třídami. Hlavním zjištěním diplomové práce je to, že více záleží na výchovně-vzdělávacím přístupu třídní učitelky ve vztahu k identifikaci a autonomii žáků, než na její osobnosti.
The thesis aims to identify and describe the level of identification of pupils in 5th grade of elementary school with the class teacher and analyze the degree of dependency and autonomy of pupils in relation to the class teacher. The research takes the form of audiotaped interviews that were conducted in three elementary schools with three different 5th grade classes. The main conclusion of the thesis is that the class teacher's educational attitude towards the pupils' Identification and autonomy is more important than his or her personality.
